Having trouble logging in? Don't worry, below we'll explain the most common causes and what you can do to fix them.

Possible causes and solutions
✔ Incorrect phone number entered
Double-check that you entered the correct phone number.
Note: For Dutch numbers, it should start with 316, for example 31612345678.
✔ No verification code received
Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the code to arrive. Still nothing after a few minutes? Check our article: Why am I not receiving a verification code?
✔ Error entering the code
Make sure you copy the verification code exactly as shown.
The code expires after a short time, so request a new one if needed.
✔ Unstable internet connection
A poor connection can cause the app not to work properly.
Try turning off WiFi and just using mobile data instead.
✔ Outdated app version
Update the EasyPark app to the latest version via the App Store or Google Play.
✔ You previously closed your account
In this case, you cannot log in with your old details. You will need to register a new account.
✔ Clear cache or settings
Try the following:
Force close and reopen the EasyPark app.
Clear your device’s cache (on Android).
Reinstall the app.
✔ Security block after too many failed attempts
Wait a little while before trying again. Sometimes the system temporarily blocks access for security reasons.
