- Why am I not receiving a verification code?
At EasyPark, we use a verification code to add an extra layer of security to your account. This ensures additional protection when logging in.
How does it work?
When you log in to the EasyPark app or your personal page on the website, you’ll always receive the verification code by SMS on your registered mobile number.
Not receiving a verification code? Check the following:
✔ Correct phone number or email address
Make sure you entered the correct number or email address. For Dutch phone numbers, it should start with 316 (for example, 31612345678).
✔ Network connection
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try turning off Wi-Fi and using only mobile data instead.
✔ Message settings on your phone
Sometimes SMS messages are blocked by your device or mobile provider. Check your SMS settings or contact your provider if needed.
✔ Delivery delay
It may take a few minutes for the code to arrive, for example due to network delays.
✔ Spam or junk email folder
If you are expecting the code by email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
✔ App update
If you are using the EasyPark app, ensure you have the latest version installed from the App Store or Google Play.
Still not receiving a code?
Try restarting the login process or request a new code.
