How do I log in to my EasyPark account?

You can log in to your EasyPark account in two ways: via the EasyPark app on your phone or through your self service portal on our website.

Logging in via the EasyPark app

1. Open the EasyPark app on your phone.

2. Enter your mobile phone number.

3. You will receive an SMS with a verification code.

4. Enter the code to log in.

In the app, you always log in using a verification code. You don't need a password.

Note:** When logging in for the first time, for example on a new device, you’ll be asked to enter your registered license plate once for extra verification.

Logging in to your self service portal (website)

1. Go to https://www.easypark.com/en-nl and click on Log In at the top right corner of the page.

2. Enter your phone number as your username.

3. Click Log In.

4. You will receive an SMS with a verification code

5. Enter the received code to complete your login.

You can use your self service portal to manage your account settings via desktop or laptop.
