How do I park in a garage?

With EasyPark, you can easily park in participating garages. This can be done via camera parking (license plate recognition), the EasyPark app, or the EasyPark Mobility Card. Below you can read how each method works.

Camera parking

At garages that support license plate recognition, your vehicle is automatically detected, and your parking session starts without you having to do anything.

How does it work?

✔ Entry: The barrier will automatically open when the camera detects your license plate.
✔ Parking: Your parking session runs automatically.
✔ Exit: Drive to the exit; the barrier will open again automatically and your parking session will stop.

Always check in the EasyPark app whether license plate recognition is available at the garage where you want to park. You can easily check this via the zone map in the app or through our location tool on the website.

Parking at ParkBee garages

At ParkBee locations, you open the barrier through the EasyPark app.

How does it work?

✔ At the barrier: Select the correct ParkBee garage in the EasyPark app.
✔ Open the barrier: Tap ‘Open barrier’ in the app.
✔ Exit: Tap ‘Open barrier’ again to leave the garage and end your parking session.

Parking with the EasyPark Mobility Card

You can also pay with the EasyPark Mobility Card in garages that accept Visa.

How does it work?

✔ Entry: Hold the EasyPark Mobility Card against the reader at the barrier.
✔ Exit: Use the same card at the reader to leave.
✔ Payment machines: In some garages, you can also use the card at the payment machines for single-use parking tickets.

Where can I find information about parking fees and opening hours?

Rates, opening hours, and other conditions vary per garage. Always check the details for the specific location in the EasyPark app.

How do I open the pedestrian door?

Some garages have separate access doors for pedestrians. These can be opened in different ways:

✔ Via the EasyPark app: Tap ‘Open access door’ during your active parking session.
✔ With a pin or QR code: You’ll find the code in the app under your active parking session.
✔ With a token: If you still have an old Parkmobile token, you may be able to use it.
