I can't start a parking

1. Update Your Payment Method

If you have an outstanding balance on your account, the app may temporarily restrict you from starting new sessions.

  • Solution: Update your payment information directly in the app. Once a valid method is added and any pending fees are processed, your account will be reactivated immediately.

2. Verify Your Permit

If you are attempting to park in a zone that requires a specific digital permit:

  • Check Validity: Ensure your permit is active for that specific area.

  • Note: While EasyPark provides the management platform, we do not issue the permits ourselves. You may need to contact your local municipality or the parking operator if your permit is not showing as valid.

3. Blocked License Plate

If the app notifies you that your license plate is "blocked" despite having an active account and no unpaid sessions, it might be a technical synchronization error.

  • Solution: This requires a quick manual check. Please contact us via our website chatbot, and our team will look into it for you immediately.

4. Check Your Connection

A stable internet connection is required to communicate with our servers and start your timer.

  • Refresh: Fully close the app and reopen it.

  • Check for Updates: Ensure you are running the latest version of the EasyPark app.

  • Signal Strength: If you have a weak signal, try moving a few meters or toggle Wi-Fi off to use your mobile data instead.

Important Reminder: If you cannot start a session through the app and are in a hurry, please use the local payment machine at the facility to avoid receiving a penalty notice while we resolve your account issue.
