1. Multiple Accounts
It is quite common to have more than one account—for example, a private account linked to your personal mobile number and a business account for work.
Solution: Double-check that you are logged in with the correct phone number or email address associated with the history you are looking for.
2. Switching Profiles
If your private and business accounts are linked to the same phone number, the app keeps the history separate to simplify your bookkeeping.
Solution: Under the Activity tab, ensure you have selected the correct "profile" (Business or Private) to view those specific sessions.
3. Accidental New Account
If you experience login issues and try to "sign up" again, you might accidentally create a completely new, empty account.
Solution: Log out and try logging back in using your original credentials. If you’ve forgotten which number you used, our team can help you locate it through our chatbot.
4. Closed Accounts
When a customer account is permanently closed and deleted, the parking history is also removed to protect your privacy under GDPR guidelines.
Solution: We always recommend downloading your receipts from the Activity tab before choosing to close an account.
