Pay fines through the app

Just as paying for parking is more comfortable using the EasyPark app, so is canceling fines. To do this, click on "More" - "Payments and Fines" - "Cancel or check fines".

The app will redirect you to a web page (this may take a while to load) where:

You will have to select the city in which the fine occurred. If that place is not within the options, it means that the fine cancellation functionality is not yet available in EasyPark and that it will have to be paid through the parking meter or as specified in the ticket of the fine.

Enter the requested information: the registration number of the sanctioned vehicle or the ticket number of the fine. Remember that fines are payable (both from the app and from the parking meters) only during the time indicated on the ticket of the sanction (generally 1 hour from the issuance of the sanction). After this time, the fine will not be payable and will not appear in the app; you will have to receive the fine by mail.

Proceed to cancel the fine.
