The quickest way to get your receipt is directly from your smartphone:

1. Open the app and tap the Menu (top corner).

2. Select Activity.

3. Choose the specific parking session you need.

4. Tap "Send receipt by email"—the receipt will be sent instantly to the email address linked to your account.

From the Website

If you prefer using a computer or need to download multiple records:

1. Visit our official website and Log In to your account.

2. Go to the "History" or "Invoices" section.

3. Click on the specific session you are looking for.

4. You will have the option to download the receipt or a parking confirmation directly as a PDF.
