At EasyPark, we want to make managing your expenses as effortless as your parking. Whether you're tracking your personal spending or preparing a business report, your receipts are always at your fingertips.
How to Get Your Receipt
You can access your receipts through the app or our website—whichever is more convenient for you!
In the EasyPark App
Open the App: Tap the menu icon in the upper corner.
Go to "Activity": This is where all your recent journeys live.
Choose Your Session: Find the specific parking session you need.
Send via Email: Tap "Send receipt by email" and it will be in your inbox instantly.
On Our Website
Log In: Head over to our website and sign in to your user area.
Go to "History": Here you can view a full overview of your past parking.
Select Your Session: Click on the parking session you are looking for.
Download: Choose "Download" to save a PDF of your receipt or parking confirmation.
Important Things to Keep in Mind
We want to ensure you have the right information at the right time. Here are a few details regarding your documents:
Timing: Your receipt is generated once the payment has been successfully charged. Please note that depending on your bank or payment method, it might take a few days for the transaction to complete.
Invoice Users: If you pay via monthly invoice, your official invoice (which serves as your record) is created and sent to you approximately once a month.
