How is the price calculated?
To make your city life easier, we pull all the pricing information directly from the local parking operators. Here is a simple look at what makes up your total:
The Parking Fee: This is set entirely by the parking operator (the municipality or private owner) who manages that specific spot. They decide the rates and the rules, and we simply display them for you.
The EasyPark Service Fee: This is the small fee added on top of the parking cost. It’s what allows us to keep providing you with a seamless app experience, remote extensions, and the freedom to find parking faster.

We are here to help you solve any issues and ensure you are being charged correctly. If you have compared the operator's local rates with your receipt and things still don't add up, here is the best way forward:
Check your receipt: Review the breakdown in the "History" section of your app.
