Why does my bank statement show a different amount?

At EasyPark, we aim to make city life simpler by keeping your transaction history neat and tidy. If you notice a charge on your bank statement that is higher than a single parking session, don't worry—there is usually a very helpful reason for it!

Understanding Combined Charges

To save you from a long list of small transactions, we often bundle your parking sessions together. This makes your bank statement much easier to read and manage.

  • Grouped by Day: If you parked multiple times on the same day (or sometimes even over a 48-hour period), we may process those sessions as one single total.

  • Processing Time: These grouped charges typically appear in your bank account within 1–5 business days.

How to verify your total

If you want to see exactly which sessions make up that total, you have the power to check it instantly:

  1. Open the App: Head to the "History" or "My Sessions" section.

  2. Compare Totals: Add up your sessions from that date. You’ll likely find they match the amount on your bank statement perfectly!

  3. Check for Fees: Remember that the total includes the parking operator's fee plus the small EasyPark service fee that keeps your app running smoothly.

Reliability Tip: Bundling charges helps us stay efficient and keeps your banking app clutter-free. It's just one of the ways we work to make your urban experience more livable!

Still have questions? If the numbers still don't add up after checking your history, our customer care team is ready to investigate and clear things up for you.
