Choosing the Best Plan for You

We offer two straightforward options for our private users. Depending on how often you head out, you can switch between them anytime in the app.

• EasyPark Small: Perfect if you park every now and then. There is no monthly fee—you only pay a small service fee when you use the app.

• EasyPark Go: Our subscription for the frequent parker. You pay a fixed monthly fee, and in return, we remove the service fee from your individual parking transactions.

A quick note on EasyPark Large: We’ve retired the "Large" plan to keep things simple. If you enjoyed that plan, you’ll find EasyPark Go offers the same great benefits!

How to Upgrade to EasyPark Go

Ready for a subscription that moves with you? Upgrading is quick and empowers you to park without thinking about transaction fees.

1. Open the Menu in your EasyPark app.

2. Tap on Pricing plans.

3. Select EasyPark Go and follow the prompts to sign up.

How to Switch Back to EasyPark Small

If your needs change, we’ve made it easy to adjust. You can cancel your subscription and move back to our pay-as-you-go model at any time.

1. Go to the Menu.

2. Tap Pricing plans.

3. Select Manage subscription.

4. Tap Cancel subscription.

What happens next? Your account will automatically switch to EasyPark Small (no monthly fee) starting the first day of the next month. You can keep enjoying the benefits of your current subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.
