Received an SMS about your payment? Let’s keep you safe.

At EasyPark, your security is our top priority. We want you to feel confident and empowered when managing your account. If you've received a message regarding a payment, here is how to handle it reliably and safely.

Why did I get this message?

If a parking session couldn't be processed, we’ll send you a friendly nudge via SMS or email to let you know. Common reasons a payment might take a little detour include:

  • Insufficient Funds: There might not have been quite enough in the account at that moment.

  • Card Limits: Your bank might have a daily limit or a block on certain transactions.

  • Expiry Date: Your card may have expired or isn't set up for online "e-commerce" payments.

How to settle your balance safely

To protect your data, we will never send you a direct link to a website to enter your payment details.

The safe way to update:

  1. Open your EasyPark App: Go directly to the app you know and trust.

  2. Update your method: Head to your profile and re-enter your card details or add a new way to pay.

  3. Automatic Retry: Once you update, our system will automatically try the payment again for you. No extra steps needed!

Is the message real? Use our safety check

We want to help you stay one step ahead of scammers. Follow these simple rules to stay secure:

The Golden Rule: If an SMS or email contains a link asking for your credit card info or login credentials, do not click it. EasyPark will only ever ask you to go directly to our official app or log in yourself at our official website.
