Parking with a Disability Permit

1. Direct Registration with Operators

Currently, it is not possible to upload or register a disability parking permit directly within the EasyPark app.

• Because rules and discounts for disability parking are set by local councils or private owners, any specific registration or payment based on your permit must be handled directly with the local parking operator.

2. Parking in Camera-Controlled Zones

If you plan to park in a zone that uses automatic camera technology (ANPR):

• Contact the operator first: It is very important to get in touch with the parking provider before you park.

• The "White List": They will need to manually add your license plate to their "white list." This ensures their system recognizes your permit and prevents you from being charged automatically.

You can usually find the contact information for the parking provider on the physical signs located in the parking area.
