Why Can’t I Start My Session?

1. Check Your Payment Method

If you have an outstanding balance on your EasyPark account, you won't be able to start a new session.

  • The Fix: Go to your account settings and update your payment details. Once a valid payment method is added, we can settle any pending charges and reactivate your account immediately.

2. Verify Your Permit

If you are trying to park using a specific permit, ensure it is valid for the exact zone where you are located.

  • Note: EasyPark helps you manage payments, but we do not issue the permits ourselves. You may need to contact your local council or operator if your permit isn't showing as active.

3. Check Your Connection

A stable internet connection is required to start a session.

  • The Fix: Ensure your mobile data is on or try switching to a local Wi-Fi network if signal is low.

4. If the App Isn't Working

Technical hiccups happen! If the app is down or you cannot log in:

  • Use a Backup: You are still responsible for your parking session. Please use another available method, such as the local parking meter (pay station), to ensure you don't receive a fine.
