Whether you're just arriving or need a few more minutes, we’ve made it easy to stay in control of your parking session.
How to Start Parking
Ready to go? Just follow these simple steps:
Select your area:
 Either type the code/address in the search bar or let the GPS find you automatically.
Pick your spot:
 Select the correct parking zone color displayed in the app.
Set your time:
 Use the "time wheel" to choose how long you plan to stay and tap 
Continue

Confirm details:
 On the final screen, double-check your license plate and payment method.
Start:
 Tap to begin, and you’re all set!
How to Extend Your Time
If things are taking longer than planned, don’t worry—you can add time from anywhere:
Open your active session:
 View your current countdown in the 
"Ongoing"
 tab.
Adjust:
 Tap 
Change
 to bring up the time wheel again.
Spin and confirm:
 Turn the wheel to your new end time and tap 
Update parking time
.
Note: You can only extend active sessions that haven't reached the maximum zone limit. If the zone doesn't allow extensions, you’ll need to start a new session.
How to Stop Parking
Only pay for what you use! When you’re back at your car, end your session early:
Select the active session:
 Tap the center of the clock or the session details.
Stop:
 Tap the 
Stop
 button and confirm your choice.
Check your receipt:
 Your final fee will be calculated based on the exact time used and local rules. You can find this anytime in your history.
Important Things to Keep in Mind
Confirm:
 Always wait for the app to confirm your session has started or stopped correctly.
Fixed Sessions:
 Long-term parking tickets usually cannot be stopped early.
Local Rules:
 In some zones, there may be a "minimum time" requirement, or sessions may be set to end automatically at a specific time without the option to stop them early.
