Parking with EasyPark is quick and easy. Follow these steps to start your parking session correctly:
1. Open the app and select your location
Open the EasyPark app on your mobile device.
Place the pin where your car is parked.
If GPS is enabled, the app will automatically detect your location. Make sure the location is correct.
You can also enter the exact address (street and number) or the zone code if you know it.
2. Select the parking zone
The app will display a list of nearby parking zones.
Verify that the selected zone is correct and confirm it by tapping on it.
3. Set the parking duration
Turn the time wheel to select the desired parking duration.
Tap "Continue" to review your parking details.
4. Confirm and start parking
On the "Confirm Parking" screen, check the following details:
Selected parking duration.
Vehicle license plate.
Payment method.
If everything is correct, tap "START".
5. Modify or stop parking
To extend the time, turn the wheel to the right and confirm the new time.
To reduce it, turn the wheel to the left and confirm the change.
If you no longer need the parking, tap "STOP Parking." This way, you only pay for the actual time used.*
*In some cities like Béjar, Madrid, and Majadahonda, this functionality may not be available due to municipal regulations.
6. Do I need to leave a sticker or note in the car?
No. In Spain, parking enforcement personnel will scan the license plate and see all parking details directly in their system. No need to worry!
