To get started, always double-check that the code in the app matches the physical signs where you’ve parked. If an area appears blank or unmarked on our map, it means EasyPark services aren't available at that specific spot.
Two Ways to Start Your Session
Manual Entry:
 Tap the 
"Search address or area code"
 bar and type in the code exactly as it appears on the local street signs.
Select from the Map:
 You can browse the map to see suggested area codes near your current location. Simply tap the zone that matches your spot.
Why Accuracy Matters
Our app uses your phone’s GPS to suggest where you are, but GPS signals can sometimes be slightly off due to tall buildings or weather. To stay safe:
Verify the Sign:
 Always confirm that the code on the screen matches the 
physical sign
 next to your car.
Check the Country:
 Make sure the app is set to the correct country where you are currently parking.
