- Parking Fines via the App
Before you start, please keep these conditions in mind:
Check Eligibility: The physical fine must state that it is "cancelable" and list the specific amount for immediate cancellation.
Act Fast: Most fines can only be canceled within a strict timeframe (usually 1 hour from the time of issue). Once this window closes, you will need to wait for the official notification by mail.
Location Matters: If the city where you were fined is not listed in the app menu, we do not offer cancellation services there. This depends on local city regulations, not EasyPark.
How to Cancel Your Fine
Open the Menu: In the EasyPark app, go to Menu > Payments & Fines > Cancel or check fines.
Wait for the Web Portal: The app will redirect you to a secure web page (this may take a moment to load).
Select the City: Pick the municipality where the fine was issued. If your city isn't listed, you must pay via the parking meter or as instructed on the physical ticket.
Enter Details: Provide your license plate or the fine reference number.
Confirm: Review the details. Please note that canceling via the app includes a service fee, which will be clearly shown before you pay.
How to Verify the Cancellation
To ensure everything was processed correctly:
Go to Menu > Payments & Fines > Cancel or check fines (the pink section).
Tap on View canceled fines to see your confirmation.
Quick Tip: Acting immediately is the best way to resolve a fine at the lowest possible cost. If you miss the in-app window, follow the instructions on the physical ticket to avoid further penalties.
