Why Can’t I Log In?

1. Check Your Phone Number

Double-check that you have entered your phone number correctly, including the correct country code. A small typo here is often the most common reason for login issues.

2. Software Compatibility

To ensure the best security and performance, the EasyPark app requires modern operating systems. If your phone is older, it may no longer be compatible:

  • iPhone/iOS: Requires iOS 16 or later.

  • Android: Requires Android 15 or later.

3. Verification Identity Check

Sometimes, we might ask you to enter a license plate previously used on your account to verify it’s really you.

  • The Fix: Make sure you enter a plate exactly as it was registered. If you can't remember which plates are on your account, please reach out to our support team.

4. Verification Code Issues

  • Didn’t get the code? SMS codes can sometimes take a few minutes to arrive depending on your network. Please be patient and check your messages again.

  • Code didn't work? These codes expire quickly for your security. If it’s been a while, simply request a new one and type it in exactly as it appears.

5. Security Lockouts

If there are too many failed attempts in a short time, our system may temporarily lock your account to keep it safe.

  • The Fix: Take a short break! Wait a few minutes before trying to log in again.

6. Fresh Start (App Reset)

If the app feels "stuck," try these quick steps:

  • Close the app completely and reopen it.

  • Android users: Try clearing the app cache in your phone settings.

  • Uninstall and then reinstall the EasyPark app.
