Inactive Account for Business Users

If you have a business account and receive a notification that your account is inactive, it is likely a false alarm.

Why does this happen?

When we set up a business account for you, we often deactivate your personal payment profile by default. This is a helpful feature designed to prevent any confusion, ensuring you don't accidentally charge a business trip to your private card.

How to check:

  1. Go to the Menu and select Payments & Fines.

  2. Look closely at where the "Account Inactive" warning is displayed.

  3. Is it under the "Personal" section? If so, you can safely ignore it. Your business account is still fully active and ready for use.


Friendly Tip: As long as your business payment method is selected and active, you can continue parking without interruption. If you ever need to use your personal account again, you can simply reactivate it by adding a valid payment method.
