- Inactive account alert
If you have a business account and receive a notification that your account is inactive, it’s very likely just a false alarm.
Many times, when we open a business account for you, we deactivate your private account so you don’t confuse the accounts when parking.
So, if you see a notice in “Payments and fines” saying that “your account has been deactivated,” check if it appears under the “personal” section. If that’s the case, you can simply ignore it.
