For Personal Accounts
This notification usually means we were unable to process the payment for your last parking session using your registered card.
The Fix: Simply update your payment details to clear the balance.
Steps: Go to Menu > Payments & Fines > Change Payment Method and enter your updated information. Once the payment is settled, your account will reactivate automatically.
For Business Accounts
If you use a business account, this notification might be a false alarm!
Why it happens: When we activate a business account, we often deactivate the personal side of the profile to prevent any confusion or accidental charges to your private card while you work.
What to do: If you see the "Inactive" warning under the Personal tab but your business profile is working fine, you can safely ignore it.
