At HelpCenter Global, we want your experience to be smooth and stress-free. Keeping your vehicle list up to date is the best way to avoid mistakes while parking. Whether you have a new car or just want to organize your list, here is how to do it:

Adding a Vehicle

Registering a new car is quick and easy:

  1. Open the EasyPark app.

  2. Tap the Menu (in the top corner).

  3. Select Vehicles.

  4. Tap Add Vehicle.

  5. Enter the license plate number (no need for hyphens or spaces).

Removing a Vehicle

If you no longer use a specific car, you can remove it in seconds:

  1. Open Vehicles from the Menu.

  2. Tap the three dots next to the license plate.

  3. Select Remove.

  • Pro Tip: Removing a vehicle from your list will not stop an ongoing camera-based parking session. The session will automatically end when the car physically leaves the parking area.

Editing a Vehicle

Personalize your app or adjust your settings:

  1. Open Vehicles from the Menu.

  2. Tap the three dots next to the license plate.

  3. Select Edit Vehicle.

  • From here, you can add a nickname to your car (like "My SUV") or activate/deactivate camera parking.
