- Where can I find and download payment or parking history?
As the administrator of a business account, you can centrally manage all this information through the self-service portal. Once you have logged in with your admin credentials, follow these steps:
For Payment History (Invoices)
In the main menu, select the "Payment history" option.
Here, you can view and download your monthly payment records.
Pro Tip: You can filter or export this list to make your company’s expense management significantly easier.
For Parking History (Sessions)
If you need a detailed breakdown of all parking events, select "Parking sessions" in the menu.
From here, you can download activity reports.
Total Flexibility: You have the option to filter and export sessions in several ways—by specific time periods, for different users, or by specific payment groups. Additionally, you can choose from various file formats to suit your accounting department's needs.
Are you a private user? Remember that if you use a personal account, you can view your history directly in the "Activity" section of the mobile app, where you can also send receipts to your email.
