For EasyPark Business Accounts

In corporate accounts, payment management is centralized for security and administrative control:

  • Restricted Access: Please note that only the administrator of the business account has the authority to update or modify the payment method.

  • Procedure: These changes cannot be made via the mobile app. The administrator must log in to the self-service portal on our website to manage billing information.

Note for Employees: If you receive a notification that your business account payment method has expired or is invalid, please contact your company’s fleet manager or administrative department so the administrator can update the details in the portal.
