How do I view or download my invoice?

As the administrator of a business account, you can locate and retrieve all your monthly invoices through the self-service portal.

Steps to follow:

  1. Log In: Access the portal using your administrator credentials.

  2. Payment History: In the main menu, select the "Payment history" option.

  3. View and Download: A list of your monthly invoices will appear, ready for you to view or download instantly.


Expense Management Tools:

To simplify the workflow for your finance department, the portal allows you to:

  • Filter the List: Search for invoices by specific dates to speed up the reconciliation process.

  • Export Data: You can download your history in your desired format (such as PDF or Excel), making it much easier to integrate with your internal accounting system.


Note: If you need invoices to be sent to a specific person in your accounting team, ensure their email address is correctly configured in the account contact details within the portal.
