- How do I manage or set time or vehicle restrictions in my EasyPark business account?
As the administrator of the business account, you can easily set these rules through the self-service portal. Once logged in, select the "Restrictions" option from the main menu.
Configuration Options:
Time Restrictions: Click on "Time" to define the specific days and hours when employees are allowed to charge their parking to the business account (for example, only during business hours, Monday to Friday).
Vehicle Restrictions: Click on "Cars" to limit the use of the account to specific license plates authorized by the company.
Important Note: CameraPark and Restrictions
It is critical to note that time restrictions and CameraPark (automatic camera-based parking) are not compatible.
Why? In facilities with license plate recognition, the session starts automatically when the vehicle enters. If an employee enters such a garage outside the hours permitted by a time restriction, the system may experience conflicts or errors in starting the session.
Our Recommendation: If you have employees who frequently park in garages or areas where cameras automatically start the session, we recommend removing time restrictions for those specific users and their vehicles in the self-service portal to ensure a seamless experience.
Pro Tip: Use these restrictions to align app usage with your company’s mobility policy, but ensure you communicate these settings to your employees so they know when to switch to their personal profile.
