If your session didn't stop automatically, you can easily correct it through one of the following channels:
Option 1: Use our Website Chatbot
This is the fastest way to resolve the issue. Simply visit our website and tell the chatbot exactly what time you exited the parking lot. Our system will use this information to adjust the session details.
Option 2: Contact us via Email
You can also write to us at atencion.cliente@easypark.net. To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include the following details:
Your license plate number.
The start date of the session.
The exact time you exited the parking facility.
What happens next?
Once we receive your information, we will manually stop the session as soon as possible. We will then adjust both the duration and the final price to reflect your actual parking time.
Peace of Mind: We recommend keeping any proof of exit (like a digital receipt or a timestamped photo) until you see the corrected session in your app history.
