If your session didn't stop automatically or you forgot to end it, you won't be overcharged. Here is how to fix it:

Option 1: Use our Website Chatbot

The fastest way to resolve this is to visit our website. Open the chatbot and simply provide the time you physically left the parking spot. Our system will use this information to correct the session.

Option 2: Contact Customer Support

If you prefer email, send a message to atencion.cliente@easypark.net. To help us resolve it quickly, please include:

  • Your license plate number.

  • The start date of the session.

  • The exact time you exited the parking area.

What happens next?

Our team will manually stop the session as soon as possible. We will adjust both the duration and the final amount to reflect your actual parking time, ensuring your bill is accurate.
