Active parking

If you have an active parking session even after you’ve left the car park, don’t worry, we won’t overcharge you. Go to our website and let our chatbot know what time you left, or write to us at atencion.cliente@easypark.net and provide your license plate number, start date, and exit time of the parking. We will stop the session as soon as possible, adjusting the time and price to the actual parking used.
