While EasyPark provides the payment platform, we do not have direct access to the physical camera recordings or the garage hardware. However, our team is happy to investigate the discrepancy for you.

What you should do:

  • The location and time indicated in the incorrect notification.

  • Any information that confirms your vehicle was elsewhere (if available).
