- Did you get a notification that another user enabled Camera Parking
If you received a notification stating that Camera Parking has been deactivated for your vehicle, it simply means that someone else—perhaps a family member or colleague who shares the car—has activated the feature for that same license plate in their own EasyPark app.
How it works:
To prevent billing errors and ensure security, Camera Parking can only be active in one EasyPark app at a time for a single vehicle.
When a second person enables it, the feature is automatically disabled for the previous user.
This ensures that only the person currently using the vehicle (or the person who most recently activated the feature) is charged for the session.
What should you do?
If you are sharing the car: You don't need to do anything! The person who activated it will now have their sessions started and billed automatically.
If you want the control back: You can simply go into your app, visit the Vehicles section, and toggle Camera Parking back to "On." Just keep in mind that this will deactivate it for the other user.
Helpful Tip: If you frequently share a car, it's a good idea to coordinate who will have the feature active. This helps avoid "toggling wars" and ensures the right person is paying for the parking sessions!
