What to do if the barrier doesn't open

If the gate or barrier does not open automatically in a camera-equipped parking facility, please contact the parking operator directly.

How to find assistance:

  • On-site Information: Look for the operator's contact details, which are usually displayed on the entry/exit pillars, the payment machines, or near the barrier itself.

  • Intercom Button: Most barriers are equipped with an "Information" or "Help" button that connects you instantly to the facility's support staff.

Why this happens:

Since EasyPark provides the digital payment platform and not the physical gate hardware, the local operator is the only one who can manually trigger the barrier or investigate a mechanical fault.


Helpful Tip: Before calling for help, ensure your Camera Parking feature is active in the app and that your license plate is clean. If the system still doesn't recognize you, the operator can usually open the gate remotely once they verify your details.
