- Can Not Connect to Server
If you see a message saying the app cannot connect to our servers, it is usually a quick fix related to your device's connection or an outdated app version. Follow these steps to get back online:
1. Check your network access
Data & Wi-Fi: Ensure your phone has a stable internet connection. Try opening a website in your mobile browser to verify.
App Permissions: Go to your phone’s Settings > Apps > EasyPark and ensure that Mobile Data is toggled ON.
Airplane Mode: Briefly toggle Airplane Mode on and then off again to refresh your phone's connection to the network.
2. Refresh the app
Restart: Fully close the EasyPark app and reopen it.
Update: Visit the App Store or Google Play to ensure you are using the latest version of the app. Outdated versions may have trouble communicating with our current servers.
3. Reinstall for a fresh start
If the problem persists, a clean installation often clears up hidden glitches:
Uninstall the EasyPark app.
Update your phone's OS: Ensure your smartphone’s operating system (iOS or Android) is fully up to date.
Reinstall: Download the latest version of EasyPark and log back in.
4. Temporary server maintenance
Occasionally, we perform quick updates to our systems. If your internet is working for other apps but not EasyPark, please wait a few minutes and try again.
Important: If you cannot connect and need to start a session immediately, please use a local parking meter or alternative payment method to avoid a parking fine.
