It can be a surprise to open the app and find you've been logged out, but this is usually a standard security measure. The most common cause is a loss of internet connection. If your phone loses its signal (Wi-Fi or mobile data) for more than 30 seconds while the app is active, it may log you out to protect your session.
How to log back in
Simply enter your registered mobile number. You will receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS.
Security Note: As part of our Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you may be asked to enter a license plate number that you have previously used in the app. This extra step ensures that only you can access your account.
What if I don't remember my license plate?
If you're on a new device or can't recall a previously registered plate, our team can help you find it. Please contact us and provide:
Phone Number: The mobile number linked to your account.
Payment Method: The specific card type or payment method you use.
Recent Activity: Your last known parking location and the approximate date.
If it keeps happening
If you find yourself being logged out frequently even with a good signal, try these steps:
Update the App: Ensure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
Update your Phone: Check that your phone’s operating system is fully up to date.
The "Clean Install": Uninstall the app, restart your phone, and reinstall a fresh version.
