How can I find my receipts and payment history?

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to keep track of your parking. If you need a specific receipt or an overview of your past sessions, you can quickly download them through the app or our website.

In the EasyPark app

  1. Open the app.

  2. Tap the menu: You’ll find this in the upper corner.

  3. Go to "Activity": This is where all your parking sessions are listed.

  4. Choose your parking: Tap the session you need a receipt for.

  5. Tap "Send receipt by email": It’s that simple!

On our website

  1. Log In: Head over to our website and sign in to your account.

  2. Go to "History": You’ll find all your past parking sessions here.

  3. Tap on the parking: Click on the specific session you are looking for.

  4. Download: You can choose to download the receipt or a confirmation of your parking.


A few helpful things to note

  • Availability: Your receipt is generated once the payment has been successfully charged. This means it won't be available the exact second your parking ends, but shortly after.

  • Transaction times: Depending on your chosen payment method, there may occasionally be a delay of a few days before the transaction is finalized.

  • Monthly Invoices: If you have chosen to pay by invoice, your actual invoice will be created and sent to you about one month later.
