Reporting incorrect charges
If you see a charge that you believe is incorrect, we truly appreciate you letting us know. We want to correct any mistakes as quickly as possible.
Please contact our customer service team, and we will investigate the matter and follow up with you.
When will I receive my refund?
If you have already been in contact with our customer service and they have confirmed that a refund has been issued, the timing depends on your chosen payment method:
Card Payment: You can expect to see the funds in your account within 1–3 business days.
Invoice: If you use invoice as your payment method, the refund will be handled by our billing partner (Riverty). The amount may be credited toward your next invoice or paid out separately.
