- The parking cost is incorrect
Does it seem like the parking fee doesn't quite match the rate shown before you started your session? Here is an explanation of how the pricing works.
Who determines the price?
The parking operator (for example, the local municipality or a private parking company) is responsible for the parking area. They are the ones who set the parking fees and the regulations for their locations. We at EasyPark receive all information regarding parking costs directly from them; this is the price displayed in our app and what you are ultimately charged.
Service Fee
When you use EasyPark to pay for your parking, a small service fee is typically added on top of the actual parking cost. This fee covers the cost of our services and allows us to provide a seamless and secure payment solution.
Still think the price is wrong?
