Managing Your Invoice Delivery Method

We want you to receive your billing information in the way that suits you best. If you use our Monthly Invoice service, you have the flexibility to choose how you receive your payment notifications.


How to Change Your Delivery Method

You can easily switch between receiving your invoice via SMS or Email directly within the EasyPark app. Here is how to do it:

  1. Open the Menu Tap the three horizontal bars (the menu icon) in the top corner of the app.

  2. Go to 'Payment' Select Payment to see your active payment methods and billing options.

  3. Manage Your Invoice Tap on your Invoice or Monthly Bill settings.

  4. Select Your Preference Choose between SMS or Email delivery.

    • Email: Great for keeping a digital paper trail for your records.

    • SMS: Perfect for quick reminders right on your phone.

  5. Save and Exit Confirm your choice, and your next monthly summary will arrive via your preferred method.
