How to Change Your Payment Method

At EasyPark, we want you to have full control over how you pay. Whether you prefer the speed of mobile wallets, the reliability of a credit card, or the automation of Direct Debit, updating your details is quick and secure.

Choose Your Preferred Method

You can update your payment information at any time directly within the app.

1. Credit or Debit Card

Ideal for keeping your parking costs tied to a specific card.

• Go to Menu > Payment.

• Tap Change Payment Method and select Credit Card.

• Enter your new card details securely. This is also the best way to update a card that is about to expire.

2. Apple Pay or Google Pay

The fastest way to pay using the secure wallet already on your phone.

• Go to Menu > Payment.

• Tap Change Payment Method.

• Select Apple Pay or Google Pay and follow the prompts to link your account.
