Can I request a payment extension?

It is not possible to request a payment extension or an installment plan through EasyPark. Invoices and payments are managed by our partner Riverty, and they unfortunately do not offer this option.

Why is installment payment not possible?

You receive your monthly invoice from Riverty during the first few days of the month following your parking activity. The automatic payment is usually withdrawn around the 5th of the month.

Since approximately one month already passes between the usage and the actual payment date, Riverty does not offer the possibility to pause or split payments. The exact due date is clearly stated in the email you receive at the beginning of the month.

What can you do?

  • Log in to MyRiverty: Here you can view your invoices and check specific payment dates.

  • Ensure sufficient funds: Make sure there is enough money in your account on the day the direct debit occurs.

  • Act early: If you anticipate issues with a payment, contact Riverty as soon as possible to try and avoid late payment or reminder fees.
