Seeing a transaction you don't recognize?

  • You can check your parking history directly in the EasyPark app. If the session isn’t listed for the same day as the transaction, don’t worry, EasyPark typically processes transactions 1–3 days after the actual parking event. We recommend reviewing your parking sessions from the previous few days to see if the transaction matches one of them.

  • If you can't find a parking session that matches the transaction, try downloading the receipt for your most recent parking. In some cases, multiple parking sessions may be combined into a single transaction. The receipt will help clarify which sessions are included.

  • EasyPark Subscription? Do you have a subscription with us? This charge might appear even if you haven't actively parked recently. You can check your subscriptions in the app under "Menu" and then "Subscriptions."
