Managing Multiple Parking Sessions

Whether you are helping a friend park or managing two cars at once, the EasyPark app is designed to be as flexible as your day. You can easily run multiple parking sessions simultaneously from a single account.


How to start a second session

Starting a second session is just as easy as the first:

  1. Start your first session: Open the app, select your first license plate and zone, and tap Start.

  2. Return to the Home Screen: Once the first session is active, tap the back arrow or the home icon to return to the map.

  3. Start your second session: Enter the new zone code (or select it on the map), choose the other license plate, and tap Start again.

  4. Track both at once: Simply head to the Activity tab. You will see both sessions running independently, each with its own timer.

Important Things to Keep in Mind

To ensure a smooth experience and help keep our cities organized, remember these quick tips:

  • Check Your Plates: It is easy to mix them up when you're in a hurry! Always double-check that the right license plate is assigned to the right zone.

  • Independent Control: Each session is its own entity. You can stop, extend, or change the end time for one car without affecting the other.

  • Two-Session Limit: In many regions (including Sweden), a single private account can typically have up to two active sessions running at the same time.

  • One Car, One Zone: You cannot start two active sessions for the same license plate at the same time. If you’ve moved your car to a new zone, be sure to stop the old session before starting the new one.

Pro-Tip for Business Users

If you frequently need to manage more than two vehicles at once—for example, for a fleet or a group of guests—our Business account or Guest Parking features are built exactly for that. They allow for even more simultaneous sessions and centralized billing.
