Long-term Parking & Permits

We want to help you settle in for a long stay without any worries. Long-term tickets are great for extended visits, but they work a little differently than hourly parking.

Trouble starting a session?

If you can't get a session started, it’s often due to local regulations:

  • Permit Requirements: Some areas are reserved for permit holders. Always keep an eye out for local street signs to see if you need special authorization.

Managing your session

  • Stopping a session: Once a long-term ticket has begun, it cannot be stopped or shortened. This is because the rate is locked in with the parking operator at the time of purchase.

  • Canceling a future session: If you’ve queued a session and it hasn’t started yet, you can still cancel it! Just head to Activity > Ongoing Parkings in your app and select the option to stop it.

Refunds & Fines

To keep our service reliable and consistent for everyone, we follow these guidelines:

  • Unused Time: Prepaid long-term tickets are generally non-refundable once they’ve started. We recommend double-checking your dates before you confirm.

  • Parking Fines: It is important to ensure you have selected the correct zone and entered the right license plate. If a mistake is made and a fine is issued, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund for the parking session.

  • Stay Covered: If the app isn't working for any reason, please use a local parking meter or garage terminal. This ensures you’re always covered and helps keep the city organized and livable for everyone.

Quick Tips for Success

  • Double-check the zone: Make sure the app location matches the signs on the street.

  • Verify your plate: A quick tap to confirm your license plate saves a lot of headaches later!

  • Read the summary: The app will always show you if a ticket is "non-refundable" before you swipe to pay.
