What is a long-term parking ticket?
Available in specific areas, these tickets let you pay for a full day or a monthly pass upfront.
Stay Flexible: You don’t need to stay parked the entire time; you can come and go as you please during the valid period.
Queue with Ease: You can purchase multiple tickets in advance. Each one activates automatically as the previous one expires.
Do I need a special permit?
In some cities, paying via the app is only one part of the requirement.
Check the Signs: Some areas are reserved for permit holders. Always look at local street signs to see if you need a separate authorization.
Who Issues Permits? EasyPark does not issue permits; the local parking operator does. They set the rules and location codes, so reach out to them directly if you have permit-specific questions.
Managing Your Session
Double-Check Your Details: Always verify your zone code and license plate before confirming. A quick tap here saves a lot of headaches later!
Stopping a Session: Once a long-term ticket has begun, it cannot be stopped or shortened. The rate is locked in with the operator at the time of purchase.
Canceling Future Sessions: If you’ve queued a session and it hasn’t started yet, you can still cancel it! Head to Activity > Ongoing Parkings in your app to stop it.
Refunds & Fines
To keep our service reliable and consistent for everyone, we follow these guidelines:
Non-Refundable: Prepaid long-term tickets are generally non-refundable once they have started. If you believe you’ve made a duplicate booking, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.
Parking Fines: If a mistake is made (like the wrong zone or plate) and a fine is issued, we unfortunately cannot refund the parking session.
Stay Covered: If the app isn't working for any reason, please use a local parking meter or garage terminal. This ensures you’re always covered and helps keep our cities organized.
