In some areas, parking operators set up day-ticket zones. This means you pay a flat rate for the entire day, rather than by the hour. In places like Sverige, you can even book for multiple days in advance—perfect for long stays!
What happens now?
If you have already started a day-ticket session, here is what you need to know:
It ends automatically: Your session will stay active until the ticket expires. You don't need to do a thing.
No early stops: Because these are flat-rate tickets set by the city, they cannot be ended early or shortened.
Refund policy: Since we collect these fees on behalf of the local municipality, we are legally required to pass the full amount to them. This means we cannot offer partial refunds if you leave the spot early.
Started two tickets by mistake?
We’ve got your back. If you accidentally started two day tickets at once, reach out to us. We will review your sessions and do our best to assist you.
Tips for next time
We want to help you pick the right ticket every time. Before you spin the wheel to start:
Check the Zone Name: Most "day-rate" zones have "Day Ticket" right in the name.
Review the Summary: Always take a quick peek at the confirmation screen. It shows your license plate, the zone, and the duration before you commit.
Verify the Pricing: Tap the price information in the app to see if the zone allows hourly parking or requires a daily flat rate.
By double-checking these details, you help us keep city traffic moving and make your own journey much smoother.
