At EasyPark, we strive to make parking accessible for everyone. However, please note that it is currently not possible to register a disability parking permit directly within the EasyPark app.

If the parking operator has specific rules, discounts, or dedicated fees for disability parking, you will need to handle the payment or registration directly with them.

Parking in Camera-Controlled (ANPR) Areas

If you are parking in an area managed by cameras, it’s important to take one extra step to ensure a smooth experience:

• Contact the operator: Get in touch with the parking operator in advance.

• Whitelist your vehicle: They will need to "whitelist" your license plate in their system. This step is essential to prevent automatic parking fees from being charged to your account.
