How to extend your parking session

Plans changed? No problem! You can easily add more time to your session directly from the app, so you never have to rush back to your car.
Step-by-step extension
View your active parking:
 Open the app to see your countdown timer. You can also find this by tapping 
Ongoing Parking
.
Tap "Change":
 In the active parking view, tap the 
Change
 button to adjust your time.
Spin the wheel:
 The parking wheel will appear again. Simply rotate the wheel to the right to set your new desired end time.
Confirm:
 Once you’ve set the new time, tap 
Update parking time
 or 
Confirm new end time

Good to know
Active sessions only:
 You can only extend a session that is currently running and hasn't reached the maximum allowed time for that specific zone.
Area restrictions:
 In some specific areas, local regulations don't allow for extensions. If that’s the case, the app will let you know, and you may need to start a new session instead.
Long-term tickets:
 If you have a long-term permit or ticket, you’ll also find this under the 
Ongoing
 tab.
