 When an attendant checks a vehicle, they search for the license plate number in their system.

Do you have a custom plate? No problem! Just make sure to add the custom text exactly as it appears on your car to your vehicle list in the app before you start parking. Once your session is active with that plate, the attendant will see your vehicle as "paid" during their check.
